We are able to offer a full property refurbishment service to Landlords who wish to upgrade their property. This includes the fitting of a new kitchen or bathroom, new floor coverings, rewiring, redecoration or minor building works. Improving your rental investment will lead to increased rents and more demand therefore ensuring voids are kept to a minimum.
We use fully qualified trades people to carry out the work on your behalf. We manage the project from start to finish and will involve you as much or as little as you desire. At the end, you will have the opportunity to inspect the works with our project manager to ensure the quality of the job meets with your (and his) exacting standards.
